Kathie Foust, Center Administrator

Kathie Foust is a native Texan who has lived in all of the climates and landscapes Texas has to offer. She has two children and seven grandchildren which she loves dearly.

Kathie retired from Texas Parks and Wildlife after 17 years of service, as the Lead Purchaser for the State Parks Division. She supervised personnel all over the state and wrote policies and procedures which were in accordance with the Texas Comptroller’s rules and regulations for procurement.

Kathie moved to Ocean Shores in 2018 to escape the heat of Texas, find new adventure, and begin a new chapter in her life with her soulmate Ross Ferguson.
