WE'RE ON A MISSION. The Coastal Interpretive Center is a natural history museum whose mission is to educate the public about the natural and cultural history of Washington's Pacific Coast, and inspire the joy and wonder of nature.
WASHINGTON'S PACIFIC COAST extends northward from the Columbia River to Cape Flattery and eastward from the continental shelf to the watersheds draining into the Pacific Ocean.
TOGETHER WE'RE SUCCESSFUL
Since 1977, the Coastal Interpretive Center has been a staple of the Ocean Shores community; entertaining and educating local school groups, the community, and THOUSANDS of yearly visitors from all over the world.
We specialize in hands-on exhibits, guided adventures, and educational programming; none of which could be accomplished without our volunteers, members, and your donations!
